I seriously think that pastry puff sheets is a Godsend for me. It’s so versatile – I can make any sweet or savory meal in no fuss. Or if I was feeling not too creative, I could just cut and roll them, bake, and I got myself a ‘homemade’ croissant. Duh. I always have this in my fridge, just in case we have unexpected guest coming over to our place, or BYO brunch at my friend’s house.
This dessert number is super easy, just cut some strawberries, put it in a bowl, add sugars and lemon juice, then place the strawberry in the center of the puff, I also add some chocolate chips. Fold. Last step was to brush the puff with some milk (or eggs). Bake for 30 minutes or until golden!
