[my go to smoothies mix so far – no sugar]
Smoothies is my new thing these days. Since I’m trying hard not to skip breakfast anymore, I like the idea of having this sweetness in the morning to start my day. I think it’s good for my diet because it’s relatively fulfilling, meaning that I wouldn’t feel hungry up until lunch time. Even if I do feel hungry, I would just drink plenty of water and problem’s solved. It’s so easy to prepare as well! My smoothies mixture is far from complex formula that I’ve seen from the internet. Some people put protein powder or even whipped cream in it, well I don’t usually have one of those in my house. So, I’d rather stick to the basic. Sometimes, instead of milk or water, I also added plain yogurt as the base liquid. Taste sooo gooood!
